We had Orkin for our termite account. Great service to start and then noone in the office would call back. Orkin set 4 different appointments to come out and change the bait stations, but never showed up. Canceled the account with Orkin and switched to Cooks. Cooks came out on time and pulled up Orkins stations. I returned Orkins bait stations to them. Apparently a new area supervisor was brought in and fired a bunch of technicians. Orkin needs to do better keeping their appointments they set with customers. At a minimum, atleast communicate.

For a month we have been hearing noises in our crawl space. We even had our pest control service helping us, to no avail. Now, Josh from Trutech has helped us to identify the pest as a rat, Ugh!!! He showed us the likely entry/exit locations and made suggestions for traps and bait. Very helpful!

Pest Control in Alabama

Residents of Alabama may encounter a range of pests that can cause issues in their homes or businesses. One common pest in the state is the termite, which can cause significant damage to wooden structures. These silent invaders often go unnoticed until the damage has already been done. Professional pest control services can help identify and eliminate termite infestations, protecting properties from costly repairs.

Another pest that residents may face is the mosquito. Alabama's warm and humid climate provides the perfect breeding ground for these blood-sucking insects. Mosquitoes not only cause itchy bites but can also transmit diseases such as West Nile virus and Zika virus. By implementing effective pest control measures, such as mosquito barrier treatments and source reduction, professionals can help reduce the mosquito population and minimize the risk to residents.

Additionally, residents may encounter common household pests like ants, cockroaches, and spiders. While these pests may seem harmless, they can be a nuisance and pose potential health risks. Professional pest control services can provide tailored treatment plans to address these pests, helping residents maintain a pest-free environment.

In summary, residents of Alabama may face various pest issues, including termites, mosquitoes, and common household pests. Seeking professional pest control services can help protect homes and businesses from the damage and health risks associated with these pests.
