They tried to upsell with the offer of a yearlong contract for pest control at $100/mo which we declined. The almost $2K bill seems very excessive considering the amount of time their employee was here (6 hours total). In hindsight I wish I had negotiated a more reasonable cost or gotten additional bids. If you have squirrels in your neighborhood, check your house/roof for possible access points and get them sealed up. We hadn’t had problems until we had our roof redone this past summer and I suspect they left a gap that allowed access to the critters.
