They came quickly to assess the problem and did an initial treatment for gophers and rodents. The follow up has not happened. My neighbors have terminated services and are looking for another company for ongoing services. I’m confused about the monthly services that I paid for

Julene R. via google

So far so good. They were super prompt and communication was awesome. They said the rodents are gone so if that's the case, this will remain a 5 star review.

Matt W. via google

Quick response. They presented a plan for control and speaker units to be placed on our building roofs to use sound as a way to eradicate pigeons. I presented to the BOD this option, and they were concerned with the cost and long-term effectiveness. They have chosen to try a different path, one of removing nesting areas, first.

David D. via google

The folks we dealt with were nice enough and got the job done well. We would never have used the service if we could have done it ourselves as it was extremely expensive. They tried to upsell with the offer of a yearlong contract for pest control at $100/mo which we declined. The almost $2K bill seems very excessive considering the amount of time their employee was here (6 hours total). In hindsight I wish I had negotiated a more reasonable cost or gotten additional bids. If you have squirrels in your neighborhood, check your house/roof for possible access points and get them sealed up. We hadn’t had problems until we had our roof redone this past summer and I suspect they left a gap that allowed access to the critters.

They got the job done it was just very expensive.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

Sue B.via Google

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Rick T.via Google

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

Steven W.via Google

Montana was pleasant and most helpful in taking care of the service requested. We are happy and pleased with great service and the professional assistance given. SHB

Don't Let Pests Invade Your Home

When it comes to pest problems in Utah, residents may encounter a variety of troublesome critters. One common issue that locals face is the presence of ants. These tiny insects can invade homes and cause damage to property while searching for food and water. They can be particularly challenging to eliminate, as they often form extensive colonies. Another common pest in Utah is the spider. While most species are harmless, some can pose a threat, especially if they are venomous. Spiders can be found both indoors and outdoors, and their webs can be unsightly and difficult to remove.

Utah residents may also have to deal with rodents, such as mice and rats, which can cause significant damage to homes and pose health risks. These pests can chew through wires, insulation, and other materials, leading to costly repairs. Additionally, they can carry diseases that can be transmitted to humans. Finally, termites are a concern in Utah due to the state's dry climate. These wood-destroying insects can cause severe structural damage to homes if left unchecked.

To combat these pest issues, it is advisable for Utah residents to consider professional pest control services. Experienced pest control providers can identify the specific pest problems and implement effective strategies to eliminate them. They have the knowledge, tools, and expertise to target pests at their source and prevent future infestations. Seeking professional help can save homeowners time, money, and the frustration of dealing with pests on their own.

Annual Pest Control Service

Utah residents understand the importance of pest control services throughout the year. With changing seasons and varying pest activity, it is crucial to have local expertise in dealing with these nuisances. Whether it's the springtime emergence of ants and bees, the summer invasion of mosquitoes and wasps, the fall arrival of rodents seeking shelter, or the winter invasion of spiders and pests looking for warmth, Utah homeowners need reliable solutions to keep their homes pest-free. Professional pest control services provide the expertise to identify and eliminate these pests, preventing potential health risks and property damage. By partnering with a local pest control company, residents can ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for their families.

  • Spring:
  • Ants and bees become more active.
  • Termites start swarming and pose a threat to structures.
  • Mosquitoes begin breeding, increasing the risk of diseases.
  • Summer:
  • Mosquito populations peak, and their bites can transmit diseases.
  • Wasps and hornets become more aggressive, potentially causing allergic reactions.
  • Ants and spiders continue to be active, invading homes in search of food and shelter.
  • Fall:
  • Rodents like mice and rats seek warmth indoors.
  • Spiders become more common as they search for shelter.
  • Stink bugs and boxelder bugs attempt to enter homes to hibernate.
  • Winter:
  • Indoor pests like spiders, cockroaches, and rodents can multiply rapidly.
  • Bed bugs can be a persistent issue due to increased travel during the holiday season.
  • Snow and ice may drive pests like ants and mice to seek refuge inside.
  • Partnering with a professional pest control company throughout the year ensures that homeowners in Utah can effectively manage and prevent pest infestations, maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment.
