I want to give a special shout out to Jason Castillo. Jason is very attentive to detail and takes his time with my lawn. My lawn went from dry old grass to one of the best in the neighborhood. I get a lot of compliments and always refer Jason to my neighbors. Jason also takes time to speak with me after he takes care of my lawn. My dog ran away from home and Jason found and walked my dog back to my house!! Jason is very professional and generous.

I have been a client for a while now and every tech that has came out has been super friendly and through. Recently I was serviced by Ms, Kara and I gotta say she was no exception. Her smile is contagious she listened to all my concerns. We had a few laughs but she wasted no time getting to work. something had got into one of my bins and without even saying anything she picked up and discarded everything for me. Such a nice sweet person . I'm definitely gonna request her for my next service!

Jordan is always professional. He always calls to give us a heads up when he is on his way. He is very efficient and he is very thorough. He is not disruptive in any way. He get in and out , with a job well done.

We were very pleased with our representative Yordan from truly Nolan. Called in advance to let us know he was on his way. Upon arrival we were busy painting, but he said he could reschedule with no problem. After rescheduling, he once again called to let us know he was on his way and provided the service we needed.

I just used Truly Nolan - Lakeland for a pretreatment for termites. James Brownlee absolutely went above and beyond. He was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I understood the process, city requirements and timing. He then worked late to make sure I had everything I needed in time for the concrete delivery. If he wasn't happy where he was I'd have tried to hire him. What a positive interaction with James and Truly Nolan.
