AUGUST 2023 UPDATE: I tried the CHAT feature on Terminix one more time to resolve my issue. COLLEEN DWOREK, Customer Service Rep finally took the time and called me and she fixed my problem that has been going on for more than 6 months! Finally, someone who cares about me. It wasn't difficult for her and she has been with the company since 2001. THANK YOU, COLLEEN! YOU GET 5 STARS! Give her a raise!! I also thank Dennis Corley for all of his help during this past six months. I am upping my star rating only because of Colleen! JUNE 2023 - I love my technician! Have been a Terminix customer for almost 19 years. All was well until I “bundled” my termite service with pest control. For some reason they had to give me a new account number. That was November 2022. Since February 2023 I’ve been trying to get my old and new accounts merged to no avail!! I’ve chatted with and spoken to customer service twice. Each time I was assured they would be combined. I’ve spoken to the Pensacola (FL) manager Joe Mendez and he was of no help whatsoever. I have email from Terminix telling me the accounts should be merged within 48 hours and now it’s June 2023 and I still have no access to my current account and my old account “died” last November. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Love my service technician and he’s talked to his boss and the manager. He’s done more than he should have to do. I will more than likely CANCEL MY SERVICE completely since I can’t get this resolved and no one cares. I’m a retired disabled US Navy woman veteran and I’m not a happy camper! Pest control is excellent; customer service is the worst!

I want to give a shout out to Call Center Rep, Louis Millan! He was professional and customer service skills are top shelf. I was a Branch Manager with TMX years ago and this guy is the type of employee (future leader) that does the right things on the company behalf when no one is looking. I called upset and not understanding my billing invoices and he remained calm and dug into Mission and explained the situation superbly. By the end of the call, I paid my balance in full and happy about the experience. I wish he lived near Tupelo I would hire him to lead up my customer service team... Good hire with this one TMX!
