Don't Let Pests Invade Your Home
Residents of Johnston, Iowa may encounter a variety of pests in their homes and businesses. One common nuisance is the presence of ants, particularly carpenter ants, which can damage wooden structures. These pests are attracted to moisture and food sources, making kitchens and bathrooms susceptible areas. Additionally, termites pose a significant threat, as Iowa's humid climate provides a conducive environment for their colonies to thrive. These silent invaders can cause severe structural damage if left unchecked. Another pest concern are rodents such as mice and rats, which seek shelter and warmth during the colder months. To effectively address these pest issues, residents of Johnston should consider professional pest control services. Trained experts can assess and implement targeted solutions to eliminate pests and prevent future infestations. By taking proactive measures, homeowners and businesses can protect their properties and maintain a comfortable, pest-free environment.

Gabrielle F. via googleAlex and everyone at Orkin, who has come out to protect and treat our home for pests, has always been professional, courteous, efficient, and timely. They always ask questions to treat for specific areas or pests, and they are very respectul of our property. They even wear shoe coverings/booties, which we really appreciate! When we saw pests inbetween our regular appointments, they came out to treat for them free of charge as well. Thank you, Orkin!
The C. via googleA representative came to my home for an inspection. I showed her my concerns. She set up a treatment plan. She was asked if she found any other infestations, she said no, all she needed to do is show they are present. She told us she did no other looking for infestations after I showed her the one I located. She did take some pictures and measurements to compile a treatment plan. I found this rather disappointing. It seems she was only interested is selling the product and not concerned about doing a full inspection to find any and all infestation damage. I was asked to sign a treatment agreement and a payment plan. To this date I still have not seen any report of what she found. Again, I find this very disappointing. One positive note is all employees I had interactions with were polite and courteous.
