Don't Let Pests Invade Your Home

Georgetown, Kentucky, like many other cities, is not immune to pest problems. Residents may encounter a range of common pests that can disrupt their daily lives and potentially damage their homes. One such pest is the notorious termite, known for its ability to silently wreak havoc on wooden structures. These tiny insects can cause extensive damage to foundations, walls, and furniture if left untreated. Additionally, Georgetown residents might also face challenges with ants, particularly carpenter ants, which can tunnel through wood, causing structural issues over time.

Another common pest issue in Georgetown is the presence of rodents, such as rats and mice. These critters can sneak into homes through small openings, seeking shelter and food. Apart from carrying diseases, they can also chew on wires, leading to electrical hazards. Mosquitoes are also a concern, especially during the warmer months, as they can not only cause irritating bites but also transmit diseases like West Nile virus.

Therefore, it is crucial for Georgetown residents to consider professional pest control services to mitigate these issues and ensure a pest-free environment. Expert pest control technicians possess the knowledge and tools necessary to identify and effectively eliminate these pests, helping residents safeguard their homes and maintain a healthy living environment.

The technician called and explained what he was doing or going to do. I explained the back of my house still has some excavating work to be done. He said he could do the front portion and come back when the back of the house was ready to install the termite control devices. Very professional and cordial

Good overall experience. Everyone who has come out to treat our place has been really nice and professional. We live in a forest and have rats burrowing around the house. This creeps us out to no end. Orkin has sealed up lots of entryways and put out poison and replaced insulation and a chewed up area but did charge us a small fortune for it. We see much less activity now, and hoping it holds. We also purchased a warranty, so we are all in this together for the next 5 years! Service has been great, so I only docked a star because of how expensive. ?

I met with Daniel Cummins for a free termite inspection of our home. Daniel was very knowledgeable in explaining the entire process of termite control. In addition, he had noticed that we had an issue with bats in the attic area. He explained what needed to be done in order for us to eliminate the bats from entering our attic space. The process is called Exclusion and his team from Orkin came out on 11/28/2023 and worked all day blocking off entry spots both inside and outside the attic plus installing a galvanized guard over the entire roof ridge vent. Both John and Jackson did the full exclusion process in the frigid temperatures. They were very pleasant to work with and were very professional. I wish all contractors were this great to work with. Thank you guys for a really great experience. I appreciate your fast response and all your hard work!!!
