I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.

Second time using Ehrlich's. Rick was pleasant, personable and informative.

My service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.

We had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!

I was very pleased with Orkin Agent Connor Osborne's customer service today. He was able to treat and repair areas in my attic over my living space & garage to prevent mice & other critters from entering my home. He was neat, professional & very knowledgeable. He took the time to educate me on other options & services Orkin offers to treat mice. I've been a customer for a couple of years now and haven't experienced mice in my home. Also no pest outside of occasional stink bugs found dead in the corners of my home. -Orkin is the best and worth the cost!

Huge fan of Orkin services and employees from the ones who answer the phone all the way to the ones who come out to my home. kind and knowledgeable service techs and inspectors who tell you how it is and what they recommend but don’t scare, rush, or intimidate you into purchasing their services.

We asked for an emergency visit with our request honored within 24 hours. The Orkin representative was on scheduled time and handled our requested in a professional manner. This is a good example why we have stayed with Orkin over the years.

I am very pleased with how thorough James was when he inspected my attic and the outside of my home for any entry way for mice to get in and did a wonderful job plugging any access points where they might try and enter. He was great at explaining everything on what he did and where he placed traps and when they’ll be back out for a follow up. I would definitely recommend this Tech and Orkin thanks again!

Originally, when I first had Orkin out, I had an issue with the technician the manager heard me out. I had an inspector named Chris come out he was wonderful and found issues where mice would be coming in. I had a gentleman come in and seal up those points of entry With a metal mesh system he did a great job installing it. He was also very professional and you can tell he takes pride in his work.

Charles has always been very personable and knowledgeable, I have had nothing but great experiences with Terminix in the couple years I’ve been consistently using their services!

The technician Brandon, was awesome to talk to and the work he did was exceptional. Brandon was professional and on time with all his communications and services. He is a great employee and should be given recognition of his great job. I'm happy with terminix and the work that was done. Terminix consistently comes through for us. We have finally solved our carpenter ants issue and they help us maintain a pest free home.

Product worked well and was very effective against fighting the fleas my cat had. I did wish that the corporate customer service could have been more helpful with providing details of chemicals their technicians use ahead of time. Being pregnant, it was important to me to understand what was being sprayed inside my home but no one could tell me besides the actual technician once he arrived for the appointment (was a little late at that point for me to research or make an informed decision). Would have given 5 stars otherwise!
