Orkin is always so helpful if a reschedule or wiggle in the time line for service is needed. Their techs are professional, fast and always courteous and have great communication . I wouldn’t live in Texas without their services.

Love the Product it does get rid of those horrible little insects. How ever the company lacks good communication with there customers. If your not the type to be constantly checking your emails or voice messages they will surprise you at the most inconvenient time, I have mentioned on my application that I prefer afternoons mornings don't work for me. But they still continue to come in the morning and a text would be appreciated. I sure hope we can resolve the problem.

The initial service was terrible. No information was given as to the treatment, the service technician was unprofessional and I was dissatisfied with the entire experience to the point I called the location and canceled the rest of the contract. I was told that I would receive a call from a manager but I never did. Evidently someone did not get the memo about me canceling the service and I received a call from a different technician stating he was on his way to my residence. The technician that did eventually come for the second treatment was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained the service and answered all of the questions presented. I commend him for rebuilding my trust in your company. Great job.

Very thorough,he explained everything he did and /or what he was going to do. He made sure I understood the treatment and what it did. He was also very generous and called before he showed up letting me know he would be there shortly. I let him know I was still at work he was very understanding great communication thank you...!!!
