Chris and Matt went the extra mile to solve my problem. Chris did the walk-through inspection and explained in detail everything. Chris and Matt were very professional and patient. Making sure that everything was taken care of. They answered ALL my questions. They even found an issue that I was not contemplating. Chris and Matt make you feel like a friend not just like one more client. PETS and ENVIRONMENT He took into consideration that I want to get rid of any rodents, but not to harm the lizards that live in my backyard. He also made sure that the traps were secure enough so my VERY curious dog would not have access to them. They also use hi-tech to monitor any issue. If you have any vermin problems, contact them you will not regret it.

Entered the office to get some information and met with Ryan and Jon. Extremely helpful, informative, and above all friendly. Made me feel welcomed and not like they were just trying to get me out of there with a sale. The best thing about them was that they were Las Vegas locals and did not have to call some corporate office to get information. Will definitely be calling them to start service early next week. Tent came in and was very friendly and professional. Inspection did not feel rushed and Trent was happy to answer any questions I had. Went above and beyond to provide tips even if we didn’t use the service. Has been very responsive to texts and check ins. 10/10 would recommend.

The exterminators are great and do a very professional job. The scheduling department need to review the customers request for time and dates. Numerous times I have called and requested service no earlier than 21st of the month and any time after 11am. They keep scheduling it before the 21st and between 8am & 10am.

Jacob with Critter control was amazing! He was here with in 15mins we called for a baby rattle snake outside our sliding door. If you need any critter removed call them!!!

Jacob is truly a gem for this company! His customer service was exemplary! He took the time to get precise measurements, take pictures and thoroughly explain the process of extraction of the pigeons that took residence under our solar panels. Jacob was awesome. He gave us a fair and honest estimate on spikes to put on my roof to ward off the pigeons. He was very punctual and made sure we were satisfied with the work after it was completed. Definitely would recommend him.

Agent called and told us what time he would be here at our home. He was on time and let us know he was here and to make inspection on our home outside. Very courteous and quickly made inspection of our home.

The technician James Ingram has been providing tremendous jobs. He is the reason why we stay with Terminix. When we request the service, he always lets us know when he is on the way and asks for our concerns. He finds the root cause of the issue and solves it out! I love the way he takes care of our issues like his own. He is responsible, professional, and very kind. We know and feel that he really cares. The other representatives when we call for a service are very nice too! All of them are very professional and friendly every time we call. I highly recommend Terminix!

Ledarius Johnson is always very professional but also approachable. It is easy to relay my pest control concerns to him without ever feeling judged. He is always very knowledgeable and helpful with ways to help reduce pests in my home. Also anytime I have to call and speak with someone on the phone I have always gotten a very friendly person. Not one single bad experience with Terminix yet after being a customer for 17 months.

Terminix's inspections are timely scheduled. Thus far, the representatives dispatched have been professional, respectful, and efficient in assuring that there are no signs of termites in or around our home. Afterwards, a detailed report of the job performed is electronically forwarded for our records.
