Pest Invaders in Lake Oswego
Lake Oswego, Oregon, is known for its picturesque landscapes and natural beauty. However, like any other place, residents may encounter pest issues that can disrupt their peace of mind. Common pests found in Lake Oswego include ants, spiders, rodents, and stinging insects.
Ants can be a persistent problem in homes, particularly during the warmer months. They can invade kitchens, pantries, and even crawl spaces, in search of food and water. Spiders, on the other hand, often seek shelter inside houses, creating unsightly webs and occasionally causing anxiety for those with arachnophobia. Rodents, such as rats and mice, can also be a concern, as they can cause structural damage and spread diseases.
Stinging insects like bees and wasps are not only a nuisance but can also pose a threat to individuals with allergies. Their presence can make outdoor activities uncomfortable and potentially dangerous. That is why it is crucial for residents of Lake Oswego to consider professional pest control services to mitigate these issues and ensure a pest-free living environment.

This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!
Sonda H.via GoogleTravis always provides excellent customer service. He listens to my concerns and answers my questions. He’s always on time. I appreciate and trust Travis
Susan M.via GoogleThe same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.
Greta L.via GoogleWe had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

The tech took care of the problem caused by the main office in Atlanta not relaying crucial information to him (our dog throwing up after the borax based granular bait application even though we kept her away from the area). He even came up with a reason for the problem (grain based coating causing her problems due to a grain allergy she has.) He made sure we had his cell number so we could call him directly with problems. I am happy with the local Orkin office and would not hesitate to give them 5's. But the main office is frustrating to deal with and I can't give them 5's for that reason.
via angieslistI would have recommended him for the service type that we had before but he apparently has left and decided to become and fire-fighter and the guy we currently have now claims 11 years of service, I don't find him as reliable, as communicative and they're not coming when they're suppose to be coming right now, in that, they're suppose to come late in the day so that we can let them in the house and treat the interior. It's now been a couple of months since he has come at a time when we could let him in and treat the interior, so not as happy with my service as I was used to. They've done a good job. They do come out reliably, they are responsive for a callback. So, if you really want them back, you can call them, they will come back at a time and work, so. The pricing is moderately expensive. I talk with the guy, he is a little bit talky. The first thing he did was remind me that they had 11 years of experience and then after that it was kind of like, well, you know, the other guy came out at 4:30 when we could let him in the house, when somebody might be home and he's called twice now, that's the night before, and said he's going to be out at 10 AM, nobody is going to be home to let him in the house, so the callbacks are going to be a problem. I really liked the other guy. And I have not had the chance to sit down with the new guy and there are a lots of crawlspaces in the house but I don't think some of them he even knows about.
via angieslistThe regular technician is very prompt and thorough. He has no problem answering my questions. Since having the regular service I have had almost no problem with ants and very little problem with spiders. The insulation in my attic was blown in and gives me an R90 (so I have told). I would recommend this comany to anyone else.
via angieslistThey have been wonderful. They always come when they say they will come and they always do what they say they will do. The guy that helps me is named Constantine. He is wonderful.
via angieslistThey are pretty good. They are not cheap or anything but overall, they are one of the best here. We had termites all over the house and they did quite a nice job. We don't have any more trouble with termites. They are the only ones we have used and I have never had any termite problems after they treat it. You get what you pay for.

Marna H. via googleThanks to Terminix my carpenter ant problem that happens every year has gone away. I don’t have to worry about spiders either and they even helped me figure out how I can get rid of my bats. I appreciate the way I have been treated by the man who does the service and I no longer have to try to find or store chemicals that will do the job. I also like getting a text with the service provider’s phone and ETA.
