Orkin always called to let us know when they were coming, and they arrived when they said they would. The first guy to come out looked at the termites with me and explained how he knew they were termites. Then he went into detail about the course of treatment in terms that I could understand. They performed the treatment with excellence. We paid to have another year of checking for termites. I called to see when they were coming, and the receptionist told me. Later she called back because she had told me the wrong month, and let me know when it would be, which was very nice of her. The next day or two the Orkin man came to check for termite activity.
