This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!
Sonda H.via GoogleTravis always provides excellent customer service. He listens to my concerns and answers my questions. He’s always on time. I appreciate and trust Travis
Susan M.via GoogleThe same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.
Greta L.via GoogleWe had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

We have been using Orkin on our property for many years, and have always been extremely satisfied with the service. Max is our technician now, and he is not only very experienced, knowledgeable, and thorough but very personable. Orkin is lucky to have him.
Mary T. via googleI have to say, I had the best experience. I was educated by the person who came. We have a bad any infestation. He gave me tips to help us keep them gone. I feel very confident we will get them gone.
Shannon T. via googleWe just moved into our home and we're invaded by boxellar bugs. It was like the scene from MIB and the farmer! Eew. They sprayed and the next day they were all gone!!!! I'm very thankful to have our front porch back and not have random back of the neck bug landings. ?
Jessica K. via googleProffessional and friendly. They come in a timely manner and give full detail reports. Very thorough and accommodating to our requests. We recommend Orkin for pest control.
Cinthia J. via googleI highly recommend Orkin in Spokane. They provide very professional service and are very reliable about keeping their appointments. Also, they are polite, mindful and cooperative about making sure we know where and when pest control applications have been made so we can keep pets and people away while the applications are drying.

Alan Bunting did a thorough job in treating my yard. I have gophers, moles and voles. He contacted his manager for a specific treatment plan for my yard. I appreciated his concern.
Dorothy L. via googleCritter Conteol has serviced my property for many years, controlling a rodent problem. They have done a good job but I have noticed a decline in the level of service lately. They used to let me know when they were coming but stopped. I mentioned it to them and I did get a notice last time. The last visit, though, the tech could only find 3 of the 6 stations they themselves put out. At one time they had a diagram but I guess no more. So they only did half the job this month
Robert K. via googleCritter Control is responsive and professional. Kudos to the support staff.
Craig J. via googleHad a bat in my house, called to make sure we did not have more
Pete K. via googleZac went above and beyond in helping relocate a Mama raccoon and her babies from under our deck and then enclosed it so wildlife won’t be tempted to take up residence again. It took a bit to get scheduling coordinated but once they were onsite, they did an outstanding job!

Common Pests in Washington
Residents of Washington may encounter a variety of pests that can cause headaches and potential damage to their homes. One common pest issue in the state is ants. These tiny creatures can invade homes in search of food and water, making their way into kitchens, pantries, and even bedrooms. While some ant species are harmless, others can bite or sting, causing discomfort and sometimes allergic reactions. Additionally, ants can contaminate food and compromise the cleanliness of living spaces.
Another pest that Washington residents often face is rodents, particularly mice and rats. These pests are notorious for their ability to squeeze through small openings and reproduce rapidly, making it challenging to control infestations. Moreover, their constant gnawing can damage electrical wiring, insulation, and structural integrity, posing a significant safety hazard.
