This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

My service tech Bruce Stone is amazing. Always on time always calls before arriving as he knows i work and tend to forget (even tho i get text and email reminders i still forget) and let's me know exactly what is going on doing..and the price is good too..

Richard Chin was a great technician. He was on time, very professional & took time out to walk us through what he would be doing step by step. The last technician Orkin gave us had very poor customer service skills. I’m glad this experience was better than the last.

Bruce is the Orkin representative that has repeatedly come to my house. He is always friendly and professional. He does an extremely thorough job when he is here. He is the best Orkin rep that I have ever had. I hope he sticks around for a while.

They are accommodating, respectful, personable, professional, customer friendly, understanding, responsive, communicative, thoughtful, and informative. I left out one MAJOR detail. John O'Connor was GREAT and did a very thorough job for us. We appreciate the care he took with our service.

The one thing we don’t love about Orkin is they will schedule you without confirming with you. Then if you have to reschedule too many times, they will revoke their services. I missed a call from them then I called back about an hour later, and they didn’t answer. Then I got a text saying I was scheduled for Tuesday 2-5pm. Luckily we were able to rush home from work in time, so we didn’t have to reschedule. The one thing we absolutely LOVE about Orkin is Kevin. He is absolutely phenomenal at his job, he is so thorough and really takes his time to take care of the issue. He knows so much about the bugs and has so many interesting facts he shares with us. Every time he comes to our home, we have great conversations with him while he is working. He is really just a wonderful person who deserves the world, and he’s such a hard worker! Please give that man a raise or some PTO or something!!! We’ve had other exterminators from Orkin come by but Kevin is by far the best!

Alan Bunting did a thorough job in treating my yard. I have gophers, moles and voles. He contacted his manager for a specific treatment plan for my yard. I appreciated his concern.

Critter Conteol has serviced my property for many years, controlling a rodent problem. They have done a good job but I have noticed a decline in the level of service lately. They used to let me know when they were coming but stopped. I mentioned it to them and I did get a notice last time. The last visit, though, the tech could only find 3 of the 6 stations they themselves put out. At one time they had a diagram but I guess no more. So they only did half the job this month

Critter Control is responsive and professional. Kudos to the support staff.

Zac went above and beyond in helping relocate a Mama raccoon and her babies from under our deck and then enclosed it so wildlife won’t be tempted to take up residence again. It took a bit to get scheduling coordinated but once they were onsite, they did an outstanding job!

This service really works and my technician is informative and just a really guy!! I recommend him to people.

Have always used Terminix, the Techs are great, will talk to us about our rat problem and give us good advice about handling it. They are good at texting us when our next appointment is and what time they will arrive.
