M J. via yelpOnce upon a time a farmer plowed his corn field and all the mice lost their homes and had to find new mousy dwellings. SAD. Once upon a time a human family was watching TV and noticed a shadow running along the base boards. Maybe we are seeing things said the husband to the wife. Then it happened again and again. MAD. The human family needed help and so they called Ehrlich Pest Control. Two super heroes were sent to the human residence to solve this pesky pet problem. The mice are gone, the humans are.....GLAD.
M J. via yelpWhen they changed their name, man came out without having right chemicals; he drilled holes and left; it rained and then he came back. Doesn't seem right to apply chemicals after rain. I have to call them ea. year to have someone come out and still don't think they come every year. The warranty doesn't seem to be very inclusive.
Shel C. via yelpI live in an Ashburn "luxury" apartment complex and ended up with a terrible roach problem. The technician that came to my place, Jack, was OUTSTANDING. He walked me through everything that he would be doing and what kind of treatments he would be applying. Though not the most fun of situations, Jack was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and an all around AWESOME guy. He had to (an continues) to check back and do anything necessary and even had to do a larger treatments where we had to be out of the apartment for several hours. He explained EVERYTHING beforehand and warned me about any possible issues. Though he and his company are contracted through the apartment complex Jack has been the one person that has been most helpful through all this mess. He is an awesome technician and did everything he could to reassure me about the infestation, explained how his company would help resolve it and did everything in his power to make the experience as easy as possible. THANK YOU JACK!!
