Anderson Pest Control is wonderful! I have their monthly plan, and it’s helped keep my home free of ants, spiders, weird gnat things, and mice. The first year I lived in my house, there were a lot of bugs, and one call eliminated them. The seasonal service keeps it in check, and the on call helped get rid of mice before they became a big problem. They always send the same technician, and Melanie is super nice, knowledgeable and really great. I’d give this company 10 stars if I could.

Daryl always provides outstanding service: diligently checking mouse traps and using insecticides when needed. I can always count on great coverage.

Wallie was our Orkin man today and he came to do the first spray of the year. He was very patient as we were running late on our end. He was very thorough in spraying inside and outside and even the garage. Very nice young gentleman with good customer service skills . I’m crossing my fingers that this will take care of those pesky intrusive ants!

My husband and I appreciated the more humane approach to extermination and the time spent during the inspection to explain the treatment. I did have to call for extra treatment since our moles were still present after initial treatment but they did schedule and complete as promised. We’re in our 3 months of treatment with prevention and so far the problem is under control. All in all a reliable service with competitive pricing but everything paid upfront and no ongoing deductions to keep track.

A couple of squirrels gnawed their way into my attic. I contracted Critter Control and they responded quickly to set up service. The squirrels were humanely removed and all possible openings were sealed within a week. A short time later, my attic was fogged to take care of any potential critters that remained. A very thorough job with a warranty. Very pleased with the service.

We noticed a squirrel entering one of our roof eves and because a family member had recommended critter control we called them right away. The sales person came out and gave us a bid, indicating the work would take two to three days and they could have a team out within a couple of days. The price seemed high, but given that I can’t climb a ladder because of my disability, two or three days work for a crew seemed acceptable. A team of two young men showed up when they had said and spent a little less than 3 hours installing wire mesh over all of our roof eve openings and placing a one way the two eves that appeared damaged from birds and the squirrels, although the technicians said they didn’t hear or see anything in the eve. We had paid for 1/2 the service up front and were billed the remainder. While I’m happy to pay a fair wage, especially for services that I can’t do anymore, the six hours of labor and less than $100 of materials, seemed far less than the price and time the sales person had estimated. I called and was told a manager would call me back. I’ve been waiting about two weeks for a call back, but have only received another bill payment request and this request for a review. There is no local number provided on the website and the people I originally spoke with from their main office were not able to address the situation. The work done appears to be fine, but it’s up at the eves, so I can’t really tell the quality, time will tell if the squirrels or birds try to return, but it looks pretty good for now… the cost seems exorbitant compared to the labor and materials though and the company seems too big to provide a response to my inquiry. I do hope we can come to an agreement on finalizing the bill. My attempt to reply by email to their billing request failed so now I’m hoping they reach back out to me.

While I was not happy initially, I will say every person I had to deal with from this company was very nice and respectful. A sales manager ultimately...

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
