Daryl, the service provider who visits my home, is terrific. He has solved several pest problems for me over the years and is very professional and responsive. He is the reason I use Anderson Pest Control. The administrative side of the business is not so good. They seem disorganized and confused. The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. It can be hard to make an appointment.

My recent appointment was a bit...odd. I called to have the tech return (they just treated the outside, without booking any appointment), so the inside could get the same application & treatments I've gotten every previous time. The tech asked me what to spray for, and I just asked for the normal indoor services I have traditionally gotten. The tech didn't know what that was, and asked about the specific pests, and even asked me about chemicals. I'm not the pest expert, so I was quite confused. We eventually got to a place of understanding, however awkward it was. Needless to say, I won't be having that same tech in the future do my service, but the quality of the overall service has seen a notable decline in recent quarters, not just this one time. I'm optimistic the service will improve, but somewhat wary now too

I love Anderson and Ryan Russell. They quickly take care of any problem we have. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and discovers hidden issues we didn’t even realize we had before they become a big problem. He is awesome!

Brian Flanagan from Orkin is AWESOME! He regularly carefully checks and treats our property, inside and out. On the rare occasion that issues arise, Brian is super quick to respond so we don’t need to worry. He’s polite, friendly and fast. Fantastic service!

Edward the Orkin representative is very responsive and always willing to support. We still have minor ants and bugs here and there inside the house. Edward is supporting us to eradicate those bugs for ever. Giving this situation we still have our reserves about the efficiency of the treatment…more to come!

I forget the guy's name that come out, but he is my regular guy. He always does an awesome job checks every single thing dates to tramps. So when they're down he knows the next time they come to check everything. What is going outside of his work talkative? A real pleasure to have come out and check my house

Have used Critter Control in the past. The technician was very good explaining what he was doing and anticipated results. The cost was on the expensive side.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
