I've used Blue Chip for many years now. They are friendly, accommodating and effective. I will say, however, Zac goes above and beyond in his work. He took extra time to seek out and spray areas of concern that have been missed by others in the past. He also took time to walk me around my home to show me entry points that need to be caulked which will mitigate pest issues. No one else has ever done that. I highly recommend Blue Chip!
Sherry S. via googleVery impressed with not only the professionalism of my inspector but also his easy manner (no "hard-sell"). Dylan B. came the day after I called the office - extremely prompt service - to inspect my attic for rodent/pest activity. He was more than generous with his time and his knowledge on various options to handle my specific situation. I had a proposal before the end of the day. I would definitely recommend Blue Chip Pest Control, and specifically Dylan B. to anyone in need of such services.
Billy G. via googleGreg was very quick to come and inspect the home for the mice presence from the basement, the main floor and up into the attic. Then around the outside looking at entryways. The team of two was out within a couple couple to clean and disinfect the whole basement and replace basement insulation. Our newly purchased home smelled good again. It had bee left empty for a month and the mice had taken advantage. Now someone comes out monthly and eventually quarterly to spray the home for insects and check for any signs of mice. They are only a phone call away if pest problems pop up. All 4 of my contacts were courteous, genuinely nice people
Lynn G. via googleMy consultant Greg, was very engaged in the process. He walked me through everything he was seeing and doing. He was courteous and very professional. I have four home that I own, if I ever run into a pest problem, I will definitely call Greg.
Lori H. via googleService is great, the professional we had was extremely nice, courtesy and trustworthy. The company had no delay in getting a serviceman out immediately, price was reasonable compared to bigger company name. The professional serviceman, I believe his name was John is always in touch and extremely trustworthy.

My rep was knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the process. He explained what he was doing and gave me a nice education on the types of pests we were treating. I appreciated the reassurance and look forward to resolving my issue with this team.
Kristie S. via googleOur first initial inspection wasn't a good first impression because the Orkin worker didn't use very much of their products so we where still experiencing a lot of bugs after 14 days. I had to call and make another appointment for a spray witch they were very nice about it. The 3rd go around the last used product that wasn't use the 1st two times ?. The customer service on the phone is great ? though
Robert T. via googleI use to think Orkin was the best however, lately the past two years the technicians have been coming to my house with one can of spray and I have a large house with a lot of spaces and they don’t get everywhere. They haven’t gotten my crawlspaces because they’re very small and the people they’ve been sending have been well Too big to go into the crawlspaces when I asked them to get certain spots I noticed they haven’t. They haven’t been leaving me with a comfortable feeling that I’m getting what I’m paying for. Time for spiders to come in and it’s strange that after the Orkin people leave I see more spiders than before. I’m inclined to cancel your services. Otherwise the company is OK. Thanks
Tee M. via googleOrkin has been good about coming out as much we have needed them to without additional charges. However we are still having some issues with pests. We have had three different treatments so far and are hoping the latest one will fix our issue and ear Orkin a 5 start instead of the current four.
Christopher B. via googleBryce, Mike, and Jacob were diligent and very conscientious in their work product and I feel confident that we will get the promised result! Bryce listened to my questions and answered them thoroughly. I highly recommend these guys!

My husband and I appreciated the more humane approach to extermination and the time spent during the inspection to explain the treatment. I did have to call for extra treatment since our moles were still present after initial treatment but they did schedule and complete as promised. We’re in our 3 months of treatment with prevention and so far the problem is under control. All in all a reliable service with competitive pricing but everything paid upfront and no ongoing deductions to keep track.
Therese S. via googleA couple of squirrels gnawed their way into my attic. I contracted Critter Control and they responded quickly to set up service. The squirrels were humanely removed and all possible openings were sealed within a week. A short time later, my attic was fogged to take care of any potential critters that remained. A very thorough job with a warranty. Very pleased with the service.
Joanne T. via googleWe noticed a squirrel entering one of our roof eves and because a family member had recommended critter control we called them right away. The sales person came out and gave us a bid, indicating the work would take two to three days and they could have a team out within a couple of days. The price seemed high, but given that I can’t climb a ladder because of my disability, two or three days work for a crew seemed acceptable. A team of two young men showed up when they had said and spent a little less than 3 hours installing wire mesh over all of our roof eve openings and placing a one way the two eves that appeared damaged from birds and the squirrels, although the technicians said they didn’t hear or see anything in the eve. We had paid for 1/2 the service up front and were billed the remainder. While I’m happy to pay a fair wage, especially for services that I can’t do anymore, the six hours of labor and less than $100 of materials, seemed far less than the price and time the sales person had estimated. I called and was told a manager would call me back. I’ve been waiting about two weeks for a call back, but have only received another bill payment request and this request for a review. There is no local number provided on the website and the people I originally spoke with from their main office were not able to address the situation. The work done appears to be fine, but it’s up at the eves, so I can’t really tell the quality, time will tell if the squirrels or birds try to return, but it looks pretty good for now… the cost seems exorbitant compared to the labor and materials though and the company seems too big to provide a response to my inquiry. I do hope we can come to an agreement on finalizing the bill. My attempt to reply by email to their billing request failed so now I’m hoping they reach back out to me.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.
Larry G.via GoogleJordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.
Sue B.via GoogleI would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.
Rick T.via GoogleVery polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
