Kevin came to our house and was informative of the process and explained how the treatment works and how it is safe for homes with children and pets. He also was patient to answer all of my questions as a mom of two toddlers and we are very satisfied and happy that we chose Orkin.

Maranda B. via google

The service was fine; the expert even came back to retreat some areas that I considered needed more bait. My complain is that after he left, I found in the crawl space 3 dead mice. I was expecting Orkin to Check and dispose of the dead animals. If I have to do this, is not worth it paying for the service. Besides that, I sent a review and it has not merited an answer from the manager. Therefore I gave them initially 2 stars in the review. However, I'm editing this review, because Orkin's branch manager acted very fairly. He reviewed all the information, and refunded the money paid for their last visit. Thank you so much!. My suggestion for them, is to be more careful about checking the traps and getting rid of the dead animals. Also make sure that all the traps have bait.

Orkin, Andrew, completed an out of cycle re-inspection to help satisfy a buyer’s inspection report for one of my older homes. He spent 30 minutes explaining everything and was very thorough and professional. I have been with Orkin since 2007.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Rick T.via Google

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
