The person on the phone can’t get the, local office because everything goes to voicemail. He says he will bump it up to the regional office, but it may take 48 hours to get a response. Oh, and on the day of the appointment, I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was assured that one would call. You guessed it; no one ever called. Postscript: Resolved to my satisfaction. Local service manager addressed all issues professionally and throughly.
