When coming to do initial inspection last week, Mike was flexible with scheduling and called 30 minutes before as agreed before arriving. He and Rich were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Rich was the technician and we were particularly impressed that before he did the treatment, he came into our home specifically to ask us if we had any questions before he started. We chose Terminix because the treatment plan was better than competitors, we trusted the answers that we got from Mike and our research leading up to our selection matched with what we learned from various independent sources. We also signed up for quarterly pest control to prevent bugs, mice, etc. If results of treatment and future service matches our experience so far, we'll be very happy, long-term customers.
