This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

Michelle is our technician for termite extermination services. She has impeccable craftsman skillsets. She is knowledgeable of her trade, answered all my numerous questions and tidy's up the area before leaving. She did an excellent job. Professional, courteous and did a quality job of reviewing the areas before obtaining leaving the job site. She's great!

My house recently needed re-treating for termites. I couldn't be more impressed with the young man, Elliott, who arrived to do the treatment. He is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and willing to explain anything about the procedure, if you're interested. It turned out that he was also the one who had done the original treatment under my foundation and I remembered him and how pleasant and professional he had been. I should have written a review before, but forgot. Consider this two 5 star reviews!

Jose Luis has been spraying my house for over a year now. They were quick to show up and take control of the pest issues They spray my house and 2 agriculture places that store equipment and we don’t have any issues services on the comerciales are done on a monthly basis and my house quarterly. Today was my first experience Truly Nolan. Just moved into a new construction home and we noticed silverfish. The tech, Jose Villa from the 047 branch in Yuma was amazing. I have had many different pest control services over the years and today’s service was the most thorough and comprehensive. Jose was polite, professional and knowledgeable! Their price was a little higher than other companies but well worth the small difference! You get what you pay for!!

I have been a customer for many many years. Truly Nolen is the most professional group of people that I have ever dealt with. They go above and beyond in every thing they do. Adi Kuric is so awesome as an inspector and has gone over and above to solve my issues. He even found mice in my attic and they came out and cleaned up, set traps in my the crawl space and sanitized the whole attic and put in their cellulose insulation. I couldn't be happier! I just started getting these small bugs that look like tiny specs of dust and they helped me determine what it is on the phone (clover mites), but they weren't sure until they came in person, so I set up my warranty with them to start my plan and they helped me set up an appointment. My appointment was supposed to be a week after that phone call but they ended up taking us sooner 2 days after that phone call. The guy ended up coming over we told him our problem was coming from the back door with the clover mites and the laundry room with the springtails. He said he wanted to get an ID on the mites to be sure that's what they're gonna be treating today, so he grabbed a couple of them to take to the lab and said he'll come back next week after he's determined their ID. But after that he put some foam stuff in our sink to get rid of the springtails if any was in the sink. He also said he'll do a spray on the outside as a protective barrier for most of these bugs. He also sprayed inside by the back door where the mites were being active. But so far I'm satisfied and looking forward to these mites and springtails being gone soon.

In overall, I really recommend this business. Orkin has been servicing my home about two years ago and i feel great with the results i don’t have scorpions, spiders other type of bug near my house; their technicians are very polite, professional with lots of expertise on the subject. Used them to get rid of some critters in my attic. They trapped and blocked off the rats that were getting in and leaving a mess. Were quick to respond and did a great job. Highly recommend them if you are having pest or animal issues

We had a pigeon coming and going through the return vent on roof. Scott came out to check the entry point and went through the attic. The amount of pigeon poop in the vent was absurd. The price was a bit high but the amount of work they did made it tolerable. The health risk outweighed the price to sanitize, clean and seal our vents. This took most of the day. Ray was our technician and very professional and very sensitive to clean up after himself. I would recommend this company.

We had 2 pigeons in the chimney that needed to come out via the fireplace (the flue is too small to net them and get them out through the top). The service was very good. I called on Tuesday afternoon; Scott came out to do an estimate Wednesday morning. Garrett came out quickly afterwards to get the pigeons out. Both gentlemen were professional, and Garrett did the work quickly and well. Those pigeons were out in 20 minutes. The loss of 2 stars is for the astronomical price it took. $1100 to get the pigeons out; it took 20 minutes and no special equipment. I just hate birds and doubly hate pigeons, and I would never be able to hold one. I realize that there's a premium for professional services, and I would have thought that half that price would be more reasonable, but it was either pay or deal with it myself. That would have been a disaster. The service was great, but the price was awful.

Best company every, solved our problem and for under the cost I thought. I saw a review about feral cat removal, they said they did not even do that job. Great company and great service. Just plain good people. I love how people post reviews when they have no idea what they are talking about.

I had my basement window wells and other openings professionally sealed to prevent invasive small animals out of my back yard and I am very happy with the work. The technician Tyler was courteous and the work he performed was top notch.

We have had Carlos Vargas service our home for the last 2 years and he always does an amazing job! Texts us reminders, shows up on time, informs us of the work he’s done and lets us know when he leaves. We’ve never had issues with any pests besides the occasional ants that he always takes care of. Would highly recommend him & Terminix!

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
