This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

My house recently needed re-treating for termites. I couldn't be more impressed with the young man, Elliott, who arrived to do the treatment. He is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and willing to explain anything about the procedure, if you're interested. It turned out that he was also the one who had done the original treatment under my foundation and I remembered him and how pleasant and professional he had been. I should have written a review before, but forgot. Consider this two 5 star reviews!

Have had nothing but professional service with Truly Nolen. Gentlemen are punctual, courteous, and always careful of ponds with fish. They represent Truly Nolen in a most respectful fashion.

I signed up with Nolan when I witnessed Jesse be such a thorough and caring employee. Amazing . He has taken care of my property and made a total difference offering good advice. I'm sorry for this late response to my review for Elliot Hedman! It was September 18, 2023. Now I'm leaving this review because I believe Elliot and the new guy he was training deserves it. The service was not on my property but it was at a storage company. I saw these guys worked very hard. They dug, they drilled, they sealed up and cleaned their miss. It was a very big building. I want to give a special shout out to Elliot because he never took a break and he worked his a$$ that day for sure and the new guy. Elliot is a great guy! I hope the owner or the GM gives u kudos Elliott. I'm sorry for the late review...

Regan went out to my mom’s house after she saw a rat race through her open door in Sun City. I live in Michigan and I cant be out there to help her. My mom eventually caught the rat in a trap, but Regan still went out to her house to check if there were other rats in the house. He called me after his inspection and said there are no other rats. He didn't pressure me into buying services and was completely honest. You don't find that anymore. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone!

I needed help with a termite problem because my apartment complex is dragging their feet, the owner doesn't care, and I want to get this problem resolved!!! I called Orkin to see if they could assist me. I spoke with Michael Martinez who was SUPER DUPER helpful!!! He, first, calmed my nerves about several concerns I had. Then, he walked me through a couple of things I could do to possibly help me get this problem resolved dealing this uncaring property owner. Michael spent time on the phone with me and he wasn't even getting any business from me!!! He even offered for me to call them back if I needed any additional help. He was AMAZING!!! He has 30 years experience and it showed. If you need an exterminator, the name to remember is Orkin!!! Too bad my awful owner won't use them. Thanks Michael for offer me some comfort in this situation!!! I truly appreciate you and your time!!!

Orkin does a great job keeping the scorpions away. When we moved in a few years ago we frequently found scorpions inside the house. Orkin was quick to come when we found them. Not a problem anymore. We love that they come on schedule and notify us before hand so we can put the dogs up.

This is a great company. After dealing with other Pest Control, we love Jason. He informed us on everything going on, was friendly. I love that you can call them and they will come out anytime if there is an issue.

The Inspector was friendly and answered all of my questions. The technician was on time, friendly and explained what he was doing step by step. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. Are Orkin technician's was actually early but notified me ahead of time and I gave the okay. He explained to me his service and what he was going to do and did a thorough inspection and treatment. This was our first service with Orkin and we are very pleased. I would recommend Orkin for your pest control needs. And thank you again Ken for the awesome service.

Used them to get rid of some critters in my attic. They trapped and blocked off the rats that were getting in and leaving a mess. Were quick to respond and did a great job. Highly recommend them if you are having pest or animal issues

We had a pigeon coming and going through the return vent on roof. Scott came out to check the entry point and went through the attic. The amount of pigeon poop in the vent was absurd. The price was a bit high but the amount of work they did made it tolerable. The health risk outweighed the price to sanitize, clean and seal our vents. This took most of the day. Ray was our technician and very professional and very sensitive to clean up after himself. I would recommend this company.

We had 2 pigeons in the chimney that needed to come out via the fireplace (the flue is too small to net them and get them out through the top). The service was very good. I called on Tuesday afternoon; Scott came out to do an estimate Wednesday morning. Garrett came out quickly afterwards to get the pigeons out. Both gentlemen were professional, and Garrett did the work quickly and well. Those pigeons were out in 20 minutes. The loss of 2 stars is for the astronomical price it took. $1100 to get the pigeons out; it took 20 minutes and no special equipment. I just hate birds and doubly hate pigeons, and I would never be able to hold one. I realize that there's a premium for professional services, and I would have thought that half that price would be more reasonable, but it was either pay or deal with it myself. That would have been a disaster. The service was great, but the price was awful.

Best company every, solved our problem and for under the cost I thought. I saw a review about feral cat removal, they said they did not even do that job. Great company and great service. Just plain good people. I love how people post reviews when they have no idea what they are talking about.

I had my basement window wells and other openings professionally sealed to prevent invasive small animals out of my back yard and I am very happy with the work. The technician Tyler was courteous and the work he performed was top notch.

We have had Carlos Vargas service our home for the last 2 years and he always does an amazing job! Texts us reminders, shows up on time, informs us of the work he’s done and lets us know when he leaves. We’ve never had issues with any pests besides the occasional ants that he always takes care of. Would highly recommend him & Terminix!

Carlos Vargas has been our technician for over 5 years now. We've been with Terminix since 2021 and could not be happier. Our technician, Carlos Vargas, is amazing. He is professional, courteous and very thorough. He always texts us before he arrives with an ETA, when he arrives to let us know he is beginning our service, and afterwards to let us know what was done and that our gates have been secured. Carlos listens to our concerns and ensures he takes care of any problem spots we notice. He is the main reason we have chosen to stay with Terminix as we trust him with all of our pest control needs.

We've been using Terminix here in Surprise for 4 years and love their service. When we first moved in we'd see scorpions around the property, but now haven't seen a scorpion in many years. Carlos Vargas is always on time and does a great job. And he's a great guy too! We would highly recommend them.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
