This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

We use Truly for our monthly pest treatments and have never had any complaints. Recently came across some termites, we were able to get scheduled fast. Michallea Small came by and took care of everything! They drilled into the walls and ground around our property and patched everything up within a few hours.

I want to give a huge thanks to Brett Lusk who is my field service technician. He is superb and professional and I consider him a genius in figuring out and then solving the problem with roof rats in our laundry room and outside room. I totally trust him and his service and that of Truly Nolen allows me to stay and live safely in my house in Lower Arcadia where I have been for 51 years. Truly Nolen is so lucky to have him on their team.

This place is awesome. When we first hired them for our business we had a ton of Scorpions. After having Leonard out a few times, we have not seen one in over 6 years. Leonard is very personable and great at his job. This company is incredible.

First off I want to express how grateful I am for the great customer service from both Mike and Jody. We have lived in our house for about 25 years and.... believe it or not, never had to deal with termites until now. Mike came out and did a thorough inspection and answered all of my questions. He never made it seem like I was bothering him and was actually very knowledgeable and encouraged me to ask as many questions as I needed to. He was very prompt and showed up when he said he would. He communicated and explained the process to me, ensuring that I understood everything before making a decision. When Jody, our technician came out he was also very polite and professional. Again, he answered all of our questions and explained in detail the process to treat for termites. Jody made sure that he cleaned up after himself and kept us updated on what he was doing. I don't think we could've asked for a better team to take care of our termite issue. This is the first time we have used Truly Nolen for our pest control needs and it definitely will not be our last. Our experience from start to finish was a great one. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will refer them to our friends and neighbors. We appreciate y'all taking care of us so well!

Michallea did an amazing job, she paid attention to detail and ensured to arrive on time. For the first time since having services with Truly Nolen, we have felt as though we were being taken serious and her work was extremely thorough and professional.

I just started getting these small bugs that look like tiny specs of dust and they helped me determine what it is on the phone (clover mites), but they weren't sure until they came in person, so I set up my warranty with them to start my plan and they helped me set up an appointment. My appointment was supposed to be a week after that phone call but they ended up taking us sooner 2 days after that phone call. The guy ended up coming over we told him our problem was coming from the back door with the clover mites and the laundry room with the springtails. He said he wanted to get an ID on the mites to be sure that's what they're gonna be treating today, so he grabbed a couple of them to take to the lab and said he'll come back next week after he's determined their ID. But after that he put some foam stuff in our sink to get rid of the springtails if any was in the sink. He also said he'll do a spray on the outside as a protective barrier for most of these bugs. He also sprayed inside by the back door where the mites were being active. But so far I'm satisfied and looking forward to these mites and springtails being gone soon.

Orkin has been our exterminator for years, and all the service providers who’ve been here were good at their job. Currently we have Edgard, who has been with us for >2 yrs. He is consistently exceptional! Warm but professional, knowledgeable, diligent & conscientious, thorough, and communicative. I occasionally hear him whistle while he works, and I love it, a man happy at his work! We are always glad to see him and trust him with and in our home ?

Orkin is convenient and communicates well for their services. I have been using them for about a year and have helped me out a lot with roaches and other bugs. The technician Jaden is super nice and thorough.

01/26/2024 - I believe that I have a very good opinion on Orkin, based on the extent of the damage to my home, & my research. By the time you notice termite activity, you've had them for a while. And did we have a LOT of visible activity! We had "tubes" (they look a little like bamboo skewers) hanging from the ceiling over a foot long in rooms on either end of the house (plus pre-tube "bumps" in 4 other rooms), mud-looking tubes running up walls in 3 rooms, wall tubes on the outside of 3 sides of the house, we cracked open a log in the backyard that was filled with tunnels & many hundreds of termites, & every twig, stick, & branch surrounding our home had mud-looking tubes attached to them. We were quite literally infiltrated AND surrounded! The wee buggers were using the timber beams inside the walls & ceiling of our home as food AND transport to get from 1 room to the next. It. Was. BAD! So after panicking for a little while, I Googled termite extermination & received (surprise!) a whole hell of a lot of returns. I picked the top 5 companies with good reviews & with notebook & pen, began making calls. Let me tell you, this was the anti-cool. All of these companies offer free inspections & a wide range of services & prices. What's a grossed out homeowner to do? I'll tell you what I did: made appointments for free inspections with all 5 companies. Hanging out for 5 inspections in 2 weeks was yuck. And some of the inspectors were... pushy. Don't you come into MY house without wearing plastic booties over your stank shoes & try to coerce ME into a sale! Anyhow, I gathered all of my information like what services they offered & how they proceeded with them, price, warranty, how well the inspector explained everything, how professional everything was presented, & if the inspector CAUGHT everything! You see, Orkin was the ONLY one who outlined ALL of the problem areas of my house. They brought in examples of bad baseboards, had a tablet that featured videos of termite activity & how their treatments worked. Orkin also has the longest warranty; they return every year for an inspection (they contact YOU & set up a good time). I think it's 6 years but, please ask them, it's been 3 years & I'm just now getting around to writing a review so I don't remember all the fine details. If at any time during the years your home is under warranty you think you suspect termite activity, you can call Orkin to come out & check everything. And if during any of their inspections they actually do find activity, they resolve it at no charge to you, even if they have to drill into your driveway to inject treatment into the dirt underneath the foundation, then fill it & patch it. They use color matching grout & concrete for wherever they may have to drill. Yes, some of the other companies will provide similar services to Orkin, but not all of them. And I just didn't trust companies that were trying to "give me a deal." I'm save where I can, like on my carpet or my floss picks. But when it comes to something that MATTERS, I don't mind paying well for the literal structure that surrounds me & my own, or contact lenses. NEVER buy some cheap, off brand, Halloween store contact lenses. ALWAYS go to an optometrist. You see, as an old friend once told me, "Never ₣**ᵏ with your eyes, you only have the one pair to last you." Very wise words. And I'd like to think if she were still around, she might also say, "Always pay top dollar for termite control, resale inspection is a ฿**₵﷼." One more thing, kind of like a post script... I'm an ex graphic artist, but even as a child I used to collect food wrappers & magazine covers because I loved what I later came to know as ?MARKETING✨! I have to say that Orkin appeals to me because of a solid, recognizable logo, well maintained vehicles, clean uniforms, informed & presentable employees, & those samples & videos I mentioned above. They make themselves look good, like they CARE how they come across. And that MEANS something to me. Well, that & all the other stuff I've already talked about. ?

Used them to get rid of some critters in my attic. They trapped and blocked off the rats that were getting in and leaving a mess. Were quick to respond and did a great job. Highly recommend them if you are having pest or animal issues

We had a pigeon coming and going through the return vent on roof. Scott came out to check the entry point and went through the attic. The amount of pigeon poop in the vent was absurd. The price was a bit high but the amount of work they did made it tolerable. The health risk outweighed the price to sanitize, clean and seal our vents. This took most of the day. Ray was our technician and very professional and very sensitive to clean up after himself. I would recommend this company.

We had 2 pigeons in the chimney that needed to come out via the fireplace (the flue is too small to net them and get them out through the top). The service was very good. I called on Tuesday afternoon; Scott came out to do an estimate Wednesday morning. Garrett came out quickly afterwards to get the pigeons out. Both gentlemen were professional, and Garrett did the work quickly and well. Those pigeons were out in 20 minutes. The loss of 2 stars is for the astronomical price it took. $1100 to get the pigeons out; it took 20 minutes and no special equipment. I just hate birds and doubly hate pigeons, and I would never be able to hold one. I realize that there's a premium for professional services, and I would have thought that half that price would be more reasonable, but it was either pay or deal with it myself. That would have been a disaster. The service was great, but the price was awful.

Best company every, solved our problem and for under the cost I thought. I saw a review about feral cat removal, they said they did not even do that job. Great company and great service. Just plain good people. I love how people post reviews when they have no idea what they are talking about.

I had my basement window wells and other openings professionally sealed to prevent invasive small animals out of my back yard and I am very happy with the work. The technician Tyler was courteous and the work he performed was top notch.

Not happy with the inspecter not looking behind jasmine vines to check for activity. Said it was too difficult to get to it, but that's what I pay to have done. There are no thorns or harmful parts to a jasmine vine. That was my only issue.

Chad Logan is excellent. He is always courteous and thorough. He is happy to spray inside whenever it needs it.

The initial visit was pushed off a week or so but the tech did not tell me that until I reached out to him to inquire why no text message / e-mail was received about the completion of service, what he found, what he did, etc. He did apologize though and came back the following week for our quarterly pest service. Luckily he noticed the ant activity because I forgot to inform him of that issue. All in all, we are happy with Terminix. My only dissatisfaction is derived by no longer being able to jump online and schedule a preferred service date.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
