This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

We had a personable efficient tech today. But the previous 3 appts were cancelled causing us to question continuing with this company. We’ll see what happens with the next appt.

We are very pleased and appreciative for the excellent service and technical knowledge of Mike, our service technician. On each service call, Mike arrives on time in a personable mood and answers every question and concern. Truly Nolen is well served to have such a stellar employee as Mike.

I paid $1200 for initial termite treatment and $200 every year to keep coverage, but am leaning toward not renewing my contract this year due to price hikes. Knowing the signs of termites, the chemicals necessary to eradicate, and the process through observation means I’m paying increasingly for something I could do myself. I used to have seasonal pest control services with Truly Nolen, but I cancelled and do it myself now because the same technician, Michael, would consistently never show up or call to say he wouldn’t be coming. I would wait around the entire appointment window and day, then have to call the next day to reschedule. Zack has always been on time, super knowledgeable, and is a pleasure to be around. Three stars for him and I’m not sure he even works there anymore, there appears to be a new termite man who seems very nice and helpful. The customer service is pretty good and the employees are nice, but we have been have a issue with pest for almost a year now and they are still in our home! We payed 700.00 for the initial treatment and pay 50.00 a month to keep service and they have been to out house multiple times to treat but it never seems to work and we have to keep calling them back.

We have been so thankful that the ants have finally left the building so far. The only concern is that I am hoping that the person who does the service to Bethel Baptist Church would notify the office when he is on the grounds doing the treatment. We also did not receive a call stating which day he would be doing the service. These are little things in the big picture but because we are a church it is nice to know who and when the service is to be preformed. Thank you!

My technician always does an outstanding job always on time always goes the extra mile

We have had Carlos Vargas service our home for the last 2 years and he always does an amazing job! Texts us reminders, shows up on time, informs us of the work he’s done and lets us know when he leaves. We’ve never had issues with any pests besides the occasional ants that he always takes care of. Would highly recommend him & Terminix!

Carlos Vargas has been our technician for over 5 years now. He always reaches out to me days before as well as on the same day of treatment to keep me updated on his visits and findings after treatment. He is always professional and has the customer at heart. We've been with Terminix since 2021 and could not be happier. Our technician, Carlos Vargas, is amazing. He is professional, courteous and very thorough. He always texts us before he arrives with an ETA, when he arrives to let us know he is beginning our service, and afterwards to let us know what was done and that our gates have been secured. Carlos listens to our concerns and ensures he takes care of any problem spots we notice. He is the main reason we have chosen to stay with Terminix as we trust him with all of our pest control needs.

We've been using Terminix here in Surprise for 4 years and love their service. When we first moved in we'd see scorpions around the property, but now haven't seen a scorpion in many years. Carlos Vargas is always on time and does a great job. And he's a great guy too! We would highly recommend them.
