Brandon is a great representative for your company. Extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was going to do up front; kept me up to speed during the work; then explained everything he did upon completion. I've had nothing but great customer service since the beginning when I signed up with these folks! They are awesome! They let me know before they are scheduled to come and they also give me a reminder the day of. My guy is Lee, and he's just great! I'm not usually a morning person so when he calls the day he's suppose to come and I'll just tell him to put me last on his list, he never hesitates to do so! Down to earth, makes you feel like you've known him forever!! Awesome group of people I've come into contact with so far. Don't have one has thing to say about any of em! Thanks for being helpful, accommodating, and just plain nice!!

Bryton was our service rep. He was in communication about his schedule letting us know he would be within the original service window but later than expected, he still made it within the service window. When he arrived, he was attentive to what I had to say (birds living in the chimney), took a look in the chimney, saw no evidence of bird nesting but did see the droppings, gave me an education on roosting but not nesting birds then gave me 2 solutions for handling and an estimate of when he'll have that to us. All of this in about :20! He was competent and mannerly and even went out of his way to answer another question I had about possible wildlife living in a busy area of my backyard an how to handle. Excellent service, will call them again if needed for any service they provide. 7 June 2023 update: The initial service was great but we did have to call to chase up the estimate owed. There was no communication on day of service re: ETA of when technician would be here.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Rick T.via Google

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

Montana was pleasant and most helpful in taking care of the service requested. We are happy and pleased with great service and the professional assistance given. SHB

Common Pest Problems

Georgia residents often face various pest issues that can be bothersome and potentially harmful to both their homes and health. One common pest problem in Georgia is ants. These tiny creatures can invade homes in search of food, leaving behind trails and causing structural damage. They can be particularly troublesome during warmer months when they become more active. Another pest that residents often encounter is mosquitoes. With Georgia's humid climate, mosquitoes thrive and can make spending time outdoors quite unpleasant. Additionally, they can transmit diseases such as West Nile Virus and Zika Virus, making effective pest control crucial.

Furthermore, Georgia residents may also have to deal with termites. These silent destroyers can cause significant damage to homes and properties, leading to expensive repairs. Termites are particularly prevalent in the warmer regions of the state, where they can infest wooden structures, including foundations, flooring, and furniture. Lastly, rodents like rats and mice can be a persistent nuisance for Georgia residents. These pests can enter homes through small openings, seeking shelter and food. Not only can they cause damage to property and electrical wiring, but they can also spread diseases, posing a risk to the health and safety of residents.

Given the prevalence of these pests and the potential risks they pose, it is essential for Georgia residents to consider professional pest control services. With their local expertise, pest control professionals can accurately identify the specific pest issues and customize effective treatment plans to eliminate them. By seeking the assistance of a reputable pest control company, residents can protect their homes, safeguard their health, and enjoy a pest-free living environment.
