PHILLIP BLALOCK was absolutely amazing!!! He answered all my questions and talked me through everything he did. He also made sure I knew it was all pet and baby friendly. He deserves a raise because he was fantastic and I would recommend anyone requesting him. I know I will be if I ever need them to come out again. They did call me the next day and said I had an appointment for service but the lady was very nice and canceled the appointment on her schedule when I explained I already received service.

the automatic scheduling for pest control was a real nightmare for us. I manually scheduled an appointment and somehow they came on their own time, not mine. So, I cancelled pest control. Exclusion has been good, but after 2 1/2 years, we still have mice under the house. The men have been great, though, trying!

I’ve had a termite contract with Terminix for 30+ years. I recently discovered that I had termites and that they had caused a considerable amount of damage to my living room wall, floor joists and basement apartment. Terminix treated my house to kill the terminates and contracted with Thomas Construction Inc to repair the damage. They did an excellent job of repairing the damage and making everything like new again at no cost to me. I am extremely satisfied with the work they did. I’m glad I’ve had Terminix all these years.

Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide.
