I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.
Keah P.via GoogleSecond time using Ehrlich's. Rick was pleasant, personable and informative.
Cindy L.via GoogleMy service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.
Patty P.via GoogleWe had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!

Randy was the best inspector!! We absolutely admired his professional and he was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable!!! That's the real deal! ? Nice great personality overall! No regrets here ! All of our issues are resolved and we are happy & currently receiving future services with orkin most definitely! They will get the job done!!!
Seneca W. via googleThe tech and inspector that came out did a thorough job. We’re hoping the wasp problem is handled, but they’ll be back in 2 weeks to look again. They spent their time to check over everything. Richard and Shane were both very nice and great on communication.
Maggie W. via googleUPDATE: they reached out today and offered a full refund and an inspection for free. I just wish someone would’ve told us this last night. Customer service is lacking, as they seem to only answer if you’re a new customer. This process has been horrendous but we’re thankful for this resolution. We have a rodent issue and called Orkin ASAP because we have an 11 month old in our home. I took off work to meet the worker. They sent a new person who was nice but they thought it was a routine stop just to set up traps. They brought a handful of glue traps and that was it. They did not inspect or look around or anything. They then said an inspector should come separately but that was never stated or set up. Mind you this entire service was $200. I then called and set up another service for today 4-6, where my husband had to take off work, and nobody showed. So we’re waiting for nothing with a sick baby and out $200….now we’re trying to call to report this and nobody is answering.
Summer N. via googleIn our year-long partnership with Orkin, I am compelled to express my profound satisfaction. Unlike our prior service, which yielded sporadic results, Orkin has consistently demonstrated excellence. The noticeable reduction in pests since our transition is a testament to their efficacy. Their commitment to timeliness and friendliness is a refreshing departure from the ordinary. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend their service – a commendable choice for those seeking not just a solution, but a partner in maintaining a pest-free environment. Grateful for their exceptional service!
Vincent H. via googleHad an awesome first time experience with Orkin. I’m excited we have chosen them for pest control. Tyler came by today and was very polite, answered all of my questions, and was very helpful. They were also able to give me a good discount when they heard I was getting quotes for around here. Even before the discount, they ended up being the best priced service.
