*updated review- I posted a poor review with an overview of my experience. I had a phone call from the VP of the company within 24 hours and an inside spay service on the same day. Both gentlemen were professional, helpful and displayed top notch customer service. My bill was returned to the original amount. I am only giving 4 stars. As a customer i was not given a notice or choice in regard to no longer spraying inside my home. I have been told the will come inside for specific issues.

Active pest control has took care of our house for a few years. Our house is smi in the wood and we have lots of different creepy critters hanging out around our house alot of the time making there entrance to the house. Active is quick to respond when i need them. They also have a wild life treatment and they did a amazing job sealing all the crack and crannys of our house so no wildlife can come share the home with us. Those pesky woodpeckers do a number on the side of our house and active always helps seal the wholes. Thanks for taking care of our house active!

Very strange customer appointment requirement for annual termite inspection. I call in to set an appointment and was told they could not make appointments for the termite department. How stupid id that???? We are all busy in our lives and now I have to wait for a call back which means more telephone tag. How inefficient is that?

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
