Common Pests in Bethesda
Residents of Bethesda, Maryland, may encounter a range of pesky pests within their homes and surrounding areas. It is not uncommon to face issues with ants, particularly odorous house ants, which are attracted to food sources and can quickly infiltrate kitchens and pantries. Expert pest control technicians possess the knowledge and experience to identify the source of infestations and employ safe and targeted methods to eradicate pests while ensuring the safety of residents and their homes. We had a yellow jacket nest inside a dormer in our home and Ehrlich came out same day, an hour after calling once they opened in the morning. Came prepared...
Janet C. via yelpRight on time... we did get ants back in the back of the house a couple of days later, and they are coming back out without attitude. Great customer service.
Sandy S. via yelpThere's been many different pest control people to come thru and done NOTHING but this guy MR DETRICK went right to the problem and solved it he's very detailed he knows what to do customer service is 100 thanks.
Anthony B. via yelpExcellent customer service. I sent in an inquiry late one night and received a call from Jeff the next morning before I even had a chance to make coffee. My schedule is challenging this week and even though he had a packed schedule, he made time to come out to my house. Unfortunately I needed something out of their scope because it involved being on the roof, which they don't do. I hope I never have a need for any of their services, but if I do, they will definitely be my go to.
Em F. via yelpEhrlich is fantastic! Insan Pribadi was very professional and did an amazing job removing a hornet's nest from our backyard. Have not had any problems with them and would definitely recommend to others :)

Today, We received service from Mike (part time and older. Gentleman). He was very thorough and we had great conversation. He did not make me feel uncomfortable at all ( unlike the previous guy). I wish Mike would always be the service guy that came to my house.
Raymond H. via googleI called at 4am and was able to have a technician come out the same day - he was even able to come early! The technician I was assigned was very patient with me, he explained everything thoroughly - he was just very kind as he could tell I was very anxious about the mouse issue. I’d recommend to anyone if they asked. I’m very appreciative of the customer service as well as the technician and his customer service skills as well.
Shanice A. via googleSteve the Orkin Technician was very accommodating to us by agreeing to a very small arrival window and when we still could not arrive home , he then agreed again to spray the front of our house and the back (which he had to climb a hill to get to) . After that he offered to come back at a later date to spray the inside of our house if need. I was very pleased with the communication from Orkin and I would recommend them to anyone. Darian and Kyia
Darian S. via googleAlan and Michael, thank you very for coming out today. You provided excellent service and explained what I can expect during the pest control process in and outside of my home. As well as the process for cleaning/installation/floor walk in the attic. Orkin is a great company for your pest control needs. I highly recommend them!

Vicky T. via yelpTook care of our problem the first time we called them, but then launch failure when we called a few years later. Promised to have someone call us back within the hour twice but never happened.
Lee F. via yelp8/20/20 A few days ago I saw a groundhog eating green grass and minding it's own business on the school property of Luther Jackson Middle School. Evidently a family of groundhog has made its home on the school grounds. I have seen the cute animal in different areas of the football fields. Evidently the green grass and the water source makes this area a hot commodity. Today; however, all this has come to an end. I saw to bages with black bags to hold these animals. I don't know if they are alive or dead, but one way or another they are being transferred off of school grounds. How many groundhogs were living on school property? I do not know. The guy I met who seemed to be the manager said "the groundhogs would be transferred." Yeah, but to where? I enjoyed seeing some wildlife other than humans and dogs. It saddens me I won't see more of these furry little guys. Aside from this, the Critter Control d ij d their jobs.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.
Larry G.via GoogleJordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.
Sue B.via GoogleI would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.
Rick T.via GoogleVery polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
Steven W.via GoogleMontana was pleasant and most helpful in taking care of the service requested. We are happy and pleased with great service and the professional assistance given. SHB
