Expert pest control providers in Essex have the knowledge, experience, and tools to identify and eliminate pest issues, ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents. via angieslistThey were very good. They were great.
via angieslistEhrlich has been doing pest control management for my house for nearly 20 years. The house has remained free of major pests (bugs, mice, etc) and they do an annual termite inspection. When we have had the occasional wasp nest they have been quick to respond and take care of the problem . They may cost a little more than some companies, but I've been very pleased with their service and professionalism.
via angieslistWe had them for many years on, like, a 3 month kind of regular service. I think the cost is about the equivalent of about $35 a month. Sometimes their technicians are a little inconsistent. Some are much better than others, but for the most part I think they do a reasonable job. I think they are a little pricey for the ongoing service, but otherwise I have been pleased with their work.

Tim was an exceptional technician who addressed all of our needs with great expertise and efficiency. He was not only pleasant and friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services for anyone seeking top-tier technical support.
Rufus C. via googleThe first day of Orkin on the job was quite impressive. The technician called first and then arrived on time; Jacob was very knowledgeable about the subject matter and proceeded to explain to me everything he was going to do. The technician answered all of my whys and what if questions outstandingly.
Debra G. via googleMy experience with Orkin has always been a positive outcome. My technician is always observing my area for any issues and then applying the best solutions to resolve any problems. He is very professional and l feel is a great tribute to your company. He shared some great insights on prevention to any future problems, l appreciate his support and courteous attitude. Please share and follow up with a promotion. Thank you, Respectfully Ms. Randall.
Cynthia R. via googleOrkin has done a really great job. They work with me on solving problems, they explain things to me about how they are going to take care of any issues, & they are always ready to address my questions. Also their Customer Service is excellent! They are always courteous & address any needs that I may have. They do a wonderful job!
Deborah V. via googleThere are so many things I like about this company. When I called I had a professional on the phone with the compassion of a sort of friend. When I called I was expecting to be waiting for service a week or two out, but no I was greatly surprised when they fit me in the next day with a time that was convenient for me. Everything that I needed to do was explained. When the technician came he was on time and very friendly. He asked if I understood everything that needed to be done, I said yes and he explained how I couldn't be in the house for several hours. I felt good about leaving this man in my home without me supervising. I recommend this company the price was affordable but what was better is that my issue is solved. Thank you again.

Vicky T. via yelpTook care of our problem the first time we called them, but then launch failure when we called a few years later. Promised to have someone call us back within the hour twice but never happened.
Lee F. via yelp8/20/20 A few days ago I saw a groundhog eating green grass and minding it's own business on the school property of Luther Jackson Middle School. Evidently a family of groundhog has made its home on the school grounds. I have seen the cute animal in different areas of the football fields. Evidently the green grass and the water source makes this area a hot commodity. Today; however, all this has come to an end. I saw to bages with black bags to hold these animals. I don't know if they are alive or dead, but one way or another they are being transferred off of school grounds. How many groundhogs were living on school property? I do not know. The guy I met who seemed to be the manager said "the groundhogs would be transferred." Yeah, but to where? I enjoyed seeing some wildlife other than humans and dogs. It saddens me I won't see more of these furry little guys. Aside from this, the Critter Control d ij d their jobs.
John F. via yelpTechnican arrived on time and did a great job, but the price was high for the amount of work done.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.
Larry G.via GoogleJordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.
Sue B.via GoogleI would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.
Rick T.via GoogleVery polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
Steven W.via GoogleMontana was pleasant and most helpful in taking care of the service requested. We are happy and pleased with great service and the professional assistance given. SHB
