I have a bi-level home w/ ENORMOUS WOLF SPIDERS in my garage that connects to my bottom living room, while we have not completely eradicated the issue yet, my reason for leaving a review is really about my technician, Dominique Day. He is amazing. He is so friendly, helpful, professional, and always on time. I think he deserves recognition from leadership. I will continue to use Ehrlich, even though we haven not fully resolved my spider issue, because of Dominique.
Keah P.via GoogleSecond time using Ehrlich's. Rick was pleasant, personable and informative.
Cindy L.via GoogleMy service tech is awesome. He makes sure my home is pest free. Only thing I don’t care for is the scheduling tool they have moved to. Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.
Patty P.via GoogleWe had Chris today who can by and he was so polite and great. Actually, all of the people from your company that came by were excellent! We also had another guy named Darrell that came by a few months ago and he was just so knowledgeable and just a great guy! Please let them know that they did a really awesome job! Thank you!!!

Taiwo from Orkin was so professional, efficient, and courteous. He explained everything clearly, and did a great job. I was very satisfied with my customer experience!
JONATHAN W. via googleThank you for providing such professional service for my aunt. She was impressed, especially after the Orkin technician moved her stove for inspection and removed a dead rodent. This was Orkin’s second treatment. She is relieved that Orkin was able to reduce and/or eliminate the infestation. I thank you, Orkin, for taking care of my aunt’s home.
Tanya R. via googleMy technician Garvin is always very professional and great to work with. He is very thorough, always on time and finishes every job as promised. Mr. Garvin is very knowledgeable and customer focused. He will also give suggestions on how to keep pest out as the seasons change. I would definitely use ORKIN again and would recommend them to anyone needing an excellent pest management company.
Jhovita W. via googleThe gentleman who came for the job was so so professional and helpful and kind. I would recommend him 10/10 to everyone I know and I wish I could guarantee he would be the person I could have come for the job every time. He is a great person and employee!
Haley B. via googleReally impressed by the customer service and attention to detail offered by Orkin. My apartment complex has been negligent in treating my apartment for pests, so I hired Orkin to help me manage the situation. Setting up an appointment was quick and simple, and I appreciate their flexibility in rescheduling to better fit my schedule. Taiwo was so helpful and thoroughly explained everything he did in my unit. Really satisfied with the experience so far and would certainly use these services again (though I pray I never have to lol)

Vicky T. via yelpTook care of our problem the first time we called them, but then launch failure when we called a few years later. Promised to have someone call us back within the hour twice but never happened.
Lee F. via yelp8/20/20 A few days ago I saw a groundhog eating green grass and minding it's own business on the school property of Luther Jackson Middle School. Evidently a family of groundhog has made its home on the school grounds. I have seen the cute animal in different areas of the football fields. Evidently the green grass and the water source makes this area a hot commodity. Today; however, all this has come to an end. I saw to bages with black bags to hold these animals. I don't know if they are alive or dead, but one way or another they are being transferred off of school grounds. How many groundhogs were living on school property? I do not know. The guy I met who seemed to be the manager said "the groundhogs would be transferred." Yeah, but to where? I enjoyed seeing some wildlife other than humans and dogs. It saddens me I won't see more of these furry little guys. Aside from this, the Critter Control d ij d their jobs.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.
Larry G.via GoogleJordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.
Sue B.via GoogleI would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.
Rick T.via GoogleVery polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
Steven W.via GoogleMontana was pleasant and most helpful in taking care of the service requested. We are happy and pleased with great service and the professional assistance given. SHB
