Joshua was a very helpful, empathetic, knowledgeable and resourceful person. We would not mind making recommendation of Terminix to all people we know. This is because the no-fuss Terminix customer service policy, and the Terminix personnel. This compliment should go to the hiring manager who chose the very right person to the very right job. All technicians who came to our house have been exemplary - whether it be Cory Lee and most recently Joshua Hall. These are the kind of guys that every organization wants!!!

We contacted Terminix to come out to do a termite inspection and had the pleasure of working with Mike Malone and Rich Austin. When coming to do initial inspection last week, Mike was flexible with scheduling and called 30 minutes before as agreed before arriving. We had several companies provide inspections and Mike was the most knowledgeable and helpful of anyone we've worked with from any company. He and Rich were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Rich was the technician and we were particularly impressed that before he did the treatment, he came into our home specifically to ask us if we had any questions before he started. We chose Terminix because the treatment plan was better than competitors, we trusted the answers that we got from Mike and our research leading up to our selection matched with what we learned from various independent sources. We also signed up for quarterly pest control to prevent bugs, mice, etc. If results of treatment and future service matches our experience so far, we'll be very happy, long-term customers.

It has been great. We've been using them for five years. The man that comes out to service our house, we deal with him on a first-name basis. He's very pleasant, very efficient and he doesn't hesitate to come back if we have issues during the quarter. They charge $74 every quarter. We just moved recently and we have the same provider who services our new home.

It works out very well. I am very pleased with them. They have serviced my house for several years. I subscribe for the entire year and they come to spray. The price is fair.

Terminix is always great. For the pest conrol, they treat inside and outside of the house and they always ask us if we're having trouble with specific critters or anything. If I have something that needs attention in between service, they're always happy to come out and take care of it. Their pest control works for one thing, I'd say that's the best thing and the personnel themselves are very nice. As a matter of fact, we've used them consistently from three houses ago. We've kept them going from house to house.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

Sue B.via Google

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Rick T.via Google

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.

Montana was pleasant and most helpful in taking care of the service requested. We are happy and pleased with great service and the professional assistance given. SHB
