We love Greg, the exterminator who’s been to our house a couple of times. He’s the best one we’ve had. He’s always friendly, does a great job, and explains everything well. We also love that they use environmentally safe practices to protect your pets. But the overall scheduling is terrible. We have used their 365 service for the past year and I’m not sure we’ve had anyone show up on time within the scheduled four-hour window more than once. Sometimes people haven’t shown up at all, nor did they call to explain what happened. I’m not sure if they’re just over scheduling or short-handed or what, but it needs improvement.

So initially I called and made my appointment. The answering service gave me a day with the hours of 1pm to 5pm. Day of the appointment I called at 4:50pm and was told I was still scheduled. Well the technician no called and was a no show. The next day I called to say what the….. is going on. This answering service lady said she saw no appointment scheduled. She stated she would look into it. I go to work and the service calls back, even after saying to call after 3pm. Well they left no voicemail. I callback and now was informed that a appointment was scheduled without my consent. So I change this appointment time to one that suits me. Once my technician came he took proper Covid safety precautions. Greg, my technician, was super friendly, explained step by step of what he was doing and accomplished his task in a reasonable time frame. It is only because of Greg’s service I’m giving a 3 star vs a 1 star.

I had a mouse problem. They told me up front that they wouldn't be able to get rid of them entirely until I got some work done outside the house where they were coming in... And they showed me the problem areas. BUT... after about a month or so... And at least 7 mice caught in their traps... I no longer have a mice problem! I still have to make repairs to the outside of my home to make sure they don't come back with Winter... But for now, I'm Mouse Free!

With the weather getting colder rodents are seeking warmth. We found a small mouse in the garage. The service man checked the boxes and put down fresh bait. Always friendly and explains what he’s doing. We’re pleased with the service.

Wallie was our Orkin man today and he came to do the first spray of the year. He was very patient as we were running late on our end. He was very thorough in spraying inside and outside and even the garage. Very nice young gentleman with good customer service skills . I’m crossing my fingers that this will take care of those pesky intrusive ants!

Reggie is my tech he is so thorough and knowledgeable about everything I ask..Since I started with u guys I have been assured that my problem could be fixed ( mice or RATS as I called them). Look I think I called every week for about a month Reggie tried and did everything, he put up with my histaria and fears and walked me through what would be next...Now I can say 2 to 3 months later. I actually forgot I had an appointment when Reggie he showed up . .I had to think a minute when he called and said he was out side..wait who is this again...We laughed and he went check everything and said see next visit..I just have to say he really helped me to love my beautiful building again..Thank you Orkin Reggie is the best!! From one of your very satisfied customers!!!

The technician that came out, Aaron was great. He took care of his job but also came back to notify me of a dead animal in the back of my property. Very much appreciated the extra customer service!

Today's visit from Orkin was great. My Serviceman Darrel was very professional, polite, knowledgeable about the products being used, and gave us very good options to help control our pest problem. Thank you Mr. Darrel, and kudos to Orkin for having people like him as a part of your team.

Pete did an extremely thorough job checking the garage (the problem area) and even safeguarded the perimeter of the house. He explained everything clearly and was equally personable and professional! He put my mind at ease and was very reassuring and insightful. On top of everything, he did this in 20 degree weather at night, maintaining his friendly demeanor. I’m so glad we went with Orkin and beyond grateful we got Pete!

While I was not happy initially, I will say every person I had to deal with from this company was very nice and respectful. A sales manager ultimately...

Have used Critter Control in the past. The technician was very good explaining what he was doing and anticipated results. The cost was on the expensive side.

I've used them twice. They do a good job, but they are a little expensive. I gave them 3 stars only because they are expensive.

Everyone I worked with at Critter Control have been extremely helpful and friendly. While they are not finished yet, I have been quite satisfied with their work so far.

My technician Terry is amazing. He is always on time and ensures that I never miss an appointment by sending me a reminder text at least 2 days before. He is very personable and does an amazing job everytime! Keep up the good work Terry.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.

Jordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.

I would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.

Very polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
