We love Greg, the exterminator who’s been to our house a couple of times. He’s the best one we’ve had. He’s always friendly, does a great job, and explains everything well. We also love that they use environmentally safe practices to protect your pets. But the overall scheduling is terrible. We have used their 365 service for the past year and I’m not sure we’ve had anyone show up on time within the scheduled four-hour window more than once. Sometimes people haven’t shown up at all, nor did they call to explain what happened. I’m not sure if they’re just over scheduling or short-handed or what, but it needs improvement.

So initially I called and made my appointment. The answering service gave me a day with the hours of 1pm to 5pm. Day of the appointment I called at 4:50pm and was told I was still scheduled. Well the technician no called and was a no show. The next day I called to say what the….. is going on. This answering service lady said she saw no appointment scheduled. She stated she would look into it. I go to work and the service calls back, even after saying to call after 3pm. Well they left no voicemail. I callback and now was informed that a appointment was scheduled without my consent. So I change this appointment time to one that suits me. Once my technician came he took proper Covid safety precautions. Greg, my technician, was super friendly, explained step by step of what he was doing and accomplished his task in a reasonable time frame. It is only because of Greg’s service I’m giving a 3 star vs a 1 star.

I had a mouse problem. They told me up front that they wouldn't be able to get rid of them entirely until I got some work done outside the house where they were coming in... And they showed me the problem areas. BUT... after about a month or so... And at least 7 mice caught in their traps... I no longer have a mice problem! I still have to make repairs to the outside of my home to make sure they don't come back with Winter... But for now, I'm Mouse Free!

Excellent on Flea removal in houses. A++

With the weather getting colder rodents are seeking warmth. We found a small mouse in the garage. The service man checked the boxes and put down fresh bait. Always friendly and explains what he’s doing. We’re pleased with the service.

Sara is highly professional and was most efficient in helping to remedy our problem. She is also a delightful person. Kudos to her!

Today out of last 3-4 visits was the best service. Although all the visits have definitely helped eliminate the issues, it seems Victoria really hit extra areas that were disregarded before. Outstanding tech for sure. Even though couple things were missed I feel was minor they all took care of the issues. Highly recommended.

The Orkin tech is always prompt and courteous. They are thorough and ask questions about my service and if there are any issues or bug sightings. They were understanding and non judgmental when I haven’t picked up and explained on how we got our infestation which is why I contacted them. As long as the house next door is a rental, I’ll keep the service.

Flora was so polite. He called to let me know when he was on his way and he arrived on time! He made sure to ask and check for any places we’ve noticed mice & fleas. My four year old was even telling him the issues and he was so kind and attentive to her as well. We have not seen fleas or mice since! The next day Orkin called to see how our first appointment went and scheduled a follow up to really make sure this issue is GONE. We will utilize Orkin from here on out. Professional, polite and thorough. Thank you Orkin!!

Have used Critter Control in the past. The technician was very good explaining what he was doing and anticipated results. The cost was on the expensive side.

I've used them twice. They do a good job, but they are a little expensive. I gave them 3 stars only because they are expensive.
