TAP InsulationWe love Greg, the exterminator who’s been to our house a couple of times. He’s the best one we’ve had. He’s always friendly, does a great job, and explains everything well. We also love that they use environmentally safe practices to protect your pets. But the overall scheduling is terrible. We have used their 365 service for the past year and I’m not sure we’ve had anyone show up on time within the scheduled four-hour window more than once. Sometimes people haven’t shown up at all, nor did they call to explain what happened. I’m not sure if they’re just over scheduling or short-handed or what, but it needs improvement.
Cherry H. via googleSo initially I called and made my appointment. The answering service gave me a day with the hours of 1pm to 5pm. Day of the appointment I called at 4:50pm and was told I was still scheduled. Well the technician no called and was a no show. The next day I called to say what the….. is going on. This answering service lady said she saw no appointment scheduled. She stated she would look into it. I go to work and the service calls back, even after saying to call after 3pm. Well they left no voicemail. I callback and now was informed that a appointment was scheduled without my consent. So I change this appointment time to one that suits me. Once my technician came he took proper Covid safety precautions. Greg, my technician, was super friendly, explained step by step of what he was doing and accomplished his task in a reasonable time frame. It is only because of Greg’s service I’m giving a 3 star vs a 1 star.
Mike S. via googleI had a mouse problem. They told me up front that they wouldn't be able to get rid of them entirely until I got some work done outside the house where they were coming in... And they showed me the problem areas. BUT... after about a month or so... And at least 7 mice caught in their traps... I no longer have a mice problem! I still have to make repairs to the outside of my home to make sure they don't come back with Winter... But for now, I'm Mouse Free!

Kelly A. via googleWith the weather getting colder rodents are seeking warmth. We found a small mouse in the garage. The service man checked the boxes and put down fresh bait. Always friendly and explains what he’s doing. We’re pleased with the service.

We have not had a very good experience with this organization. From the start they that didn't communicate with us about the cost or the contract its self. That being said they are trying to make things right now. From the beginning we have needed them to come more often. I have had to call them out before the normal appointment time. I think that they are finally getting the ideal that we need them more but we'll see what happens next.
Holly N. via googleThe Orkin representative was very thorough, respectful of my property and time. I appreciate the heads up before coming to narrow the window to the exact time when he planned to arrive.
Anna C. via googleNorm was very nice and professional and was very thorough. He explained everything clearly and gave us a detailed explanation of the cause of out pest problem and how he was going to fix it. I tried another company and they didn't do anything that I could've done myself. Orkin made me feel like they actually did something to free my home of our mice problem.
Bklynmyke via googleExcellent and polite technicians. It has definitely helped to keep the bugs out of the house. Before we bought our house it sat vacant for a while so the sac spiders moved in. We saw so many throughout the first year and couldn't take it anymore. The first one I saw crawing on my bed I knew we needed help to eliminate them. The dust they put along the ceiling helped a ton to get them under control. We see them occasionally at spring and fall but not nearly as many as that first year.
Leslie B. via googleTruthfully, we will probably never not have Orkin. Brian is hands down the best! Always on time, always very professional and helpful, always respectful in regards to the elements and helping to keep our floors clean. Very happy with our service and hope to always have Brian as our technician.

Brandon R. via yelpHave used Critter Control in the past. The technician was very good explaining what he was doing and anticipated results. The cost was on the expensive side.

The customer service from Hawx has always been exceptional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Connors Trader went the extra mile to make sure he listened to our needs regarding the ant problem we had. He did a wonderful job on our property.
Larry G.via GoogleJordan has provided the most complete service since I’ve been a client. He even sprayed on my deck, which no one else has done. If these are new directions to the techs, hooray. If not, he did the best service. Thanks for putting him on my route.
Sue B.via GoogleI would like to thank Jeff for doing a great job today. In fact, I would like to request him in the future. Y’all were supposed to provide service a couple of weeks ago, and your guy showed up without the equipment to service the inside of my house. To be honest, I almost called you to cancel my service then. Instead I rescheduled. Today Jeff did exactly what I signed up for, but too often you don’t provide. He sprayed indoors and out, swept my eaves for spider webs and took care of a couple of wasp nests. He did a great job. Thank you very much.
Rick T.via GoogleVery polite and wearing a mask (I appreciate that). Introduced himself and asked if any particular place was heavy with mosquitoes, I told him I work in my garage with the door open and he made sure to get that side of the house thoroughly.
Steven W.via GoogleMontana was pleasant and most helpful in taking care of the service requested. We are happy and pleased with great service and the professional assistance given. SHB
